Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow approximately 5–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@luximmer.de with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be returned through the standard return process.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returned products may not qualify for a refund if:

The return request is made after 14 days

The item has been used

The product is damaged by the customer

Original packaging is missing
